How the Replacement Process Works
What to Expect:
Once your project is scheduled, here is how the work runs. Materials are delivered and staged, and we protect your home before the first shingle comes off. Catch-all nets and coverings go over your landscaping and around the house, because how you start is how you finish.
Our crew cleans up every day and runs a magnet sweep for nails at the end of each day. Owner Duncan Long or a project manager is on site throughout the job, not just at the start.
When the installation is complete, we run our 23-point quality control check, walk the finished roof with you, and hand over your warranties. You are left with a clean property and a roof that was installed the way it was promised.
